We want to ensure you have all the information you need to feel confident and comfortable when choosing us for your healthcare needs.

1. Anyone with a minor illness or injury (non life-threatening) who needs to be seen urgently by a physician but can’t get to their family physician.
2. Anyone who can’t see their family physician due to heavy scheduling, after hours, or holidays.
3. Anyone who doesn’t want to be at the end of the waiting list at the emergency room.
4. Anyone who doesn’t have a family physician.
5. We offer "temporary" family medicine. Anyone who has recently moved to Roanoke and doesn't have a primary care provider.

Our doctors are skilled in providing care for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly.

We take all major insurances including Medicare, and alternatively we post of our discounted cash prices on the web and in the lobby. Unfortunately, we are not in network with Medicaid at this time.

Yes, we offer flu vaccinations starting around October each year and continue until our supply runs out. Please call us in advance to check availability!

We are currently NOT accepting family practice patients.

Yes, we conduct physicals for sports, camps, and other recreational activities. The fee is $35, unless additional specific requirements are needed. Feel free to walk in at any time to get this service.
