David B. Alligood, M.D., founder of Express Family Care, brings over 20 years of Emergency Medicine experience, having served as Director of the Emergency Department at two Carilion hospitals. A Wake Forest University School of Medicine graduate, he completed his internship and residency in Roanoke. Dr. Alligood proudly offers same-day care at all three Express Family Care locations, supported by a skilled and passionate team of Physician Assistants and Registered Nurses.
